Please share your specifications, and we will recommend the most suitable model for you. Alternatively, you can choose the specific model by yourself. You may also send us product drawings, and our professional marketers will assist you in selecting the most appropriate machines.
Can you provide customized machines?
Yes, we can design and manufacture to your specific requirements. Your logo and designs can also be applied to the products if needed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for high-value products (CNC machines/forklifts) is 1 set, and low-value products will indicate their own MOQ on the product detail page.
What are the Payment Terms?
30% initial payment via T/T upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance to be settled before shipment.
What is the delivery time?
For standard machines, the delivery time is within 30-60 days. Special machines may require additional time.
What about your warranty?
The warranty period is one year. During this period, if parts are damaged due to non-human factors, we will provide new replacement parts free of charge.
